Sean C. Evans

Sean graduated from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2004. He has practiced law at Mulligan-Epstein Attorneys since 2006, with a primary focus in criminal litigation. He provides representation for both felony and misdemeanor charges, as well as all traffic violations. He received certification from the National Highway Traffic Safety Association and International Association of Chiefs of Police DWI Detection Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Program in 2007.

Equipped with the same certification and qualifications on impairment and field testing for DWI charges as the state’s law enforcement agencies, Sean has successfully represented hundreds of DWI cases in the courtroom against the state of North Carolina. Also in his area of practice, Sean provides representation for Social Security Disability Benefits. Experienced in the claims process, he is a strong advocate for securing Social Security Disability benefits for his clients.
